Running a fraternity takes a lot of time and energy, but the payoff is worth all of the work.  You will get out of the Fraternity as much as you put into it.  Being in a fraternity as an undergraduate, or volunteering with one as an alumnus, can be one of the most rewarding and fun experiences of your life, and lead to life-long friendships strengthened by the bonds of brotherhood.  Many of the nation’s most successful business men, politicians and scholars got their first true taste of leadership as an undergraduate fraternity brother.
