Gamma Zeta Alpha Fraternity, Inc’s National Board of Directors confirms Mr. Jose Rodriguez as the new Director of Finance.
Mr. Jose Rodriguez is a founding father for the Nu Chapter, he was heavily involved with the fraternity during his undergraduate career by holding office as President for the Multicultural Greek Council at UCSD, helping it go from a negative cash flow to positive territory, increasing participation for all MGC Greeks and helping establish their sports tournament. He was also awarded the Greek Male of the Year Award due to his work on campus. Throughout the years, he has continued to be involved with GZA by hosting a Newly Initiated Brother Orientation (NIBO) for the new brothers of the Nu chapter.
Mr. Jose Rodriguez earned a B.S. Management Science from the University of California San Diego. After completing college, he started and has continued his career working for Capital Group, one of the largest asset management companies in the world. He is a fixed-income subject matter expert as part of his role within intermediary publications. As part of his continued effort to expand his knowledge in the finance industry, he has been awarded the Claritas Investment Certificate® in 2013 by the CFA Institute. Also, in an effort to continue his involvement with the nonprofit community, he graduated from the Riordan Leadership Institute, an educational program whose mission is to develop and cultivate business professionals for lifelong service in the nonprofit community.
