José Rodríguez is the national chief-of-staff for Gamma Zeta Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He has been with the organization for twelve years, and is one of the founding fathers of the Nu Chapter located at the University of California, San Diego. Prior to his current role, he served as national director of finance, helping establish various initiatives which included the reincorporation of the organization, and getting the organization to attain non-profit status. During his undergraduate career, he served in various roles including chapter president and president of the Multicultural Greek Council. José has nine years of experience in the financial services industry. He is a senior intermediary presentation producer at Capital Group Companies, providing product presentation development and support for fixed-income investment strategies. Prior to his current role, he has held a variety of positions within Capital Group. He was awarded the CFA Institute Investment Foundations™ certificate, he is a graduate of the Riordan Leadership Institute from the Southern California Leadership Network, and holds a B.S. in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego. José is involved in various other roles and groups, including an ambassador and mentor for Spark LA at Capital Group, a member of PAICR, and a member of the Association of Latino Professionals of America. He is currently living in Los Angeles.
