Carlos E. Garcia is the national director of new membership intake for Gamma Zeta Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He has been with the organization for seven years, and he crossed at the Nu Chapter located at the University of California, San Diego. Prior to his current role, he was the national director of chapter development, which included serving as twice as dean for the Pi Chapter, and once for Chi Chapter. During his undergraduate career, he founded the Nu Chapter Scholarship, served as dean and community service chair, for which he was awarded Nu Chapter’s Community Service Award. Carlos has nearly one year of experience in the health industry. He is radiology procedure scheduler-administrative assistant at UCLA Health, overseeing the patient scheduling and providing patients with pre-procedural information for the radiology departments at various UCLA offices. Prior to his current roles, he worked in the collections department at UCLA, and as a production manager and CEO assistant at Raina Belts. He holds a B.A. in Communications from UCSD. Carlos also volunteers as the head coach for the San Fernando High School’s Color Guard and Drill team, and is currently living in San Fernando, California.
