Meet the National Director of Undergraduate Affairs Jesse Enriquez

Mr. Jesse Enriquez is the first in his family to attend college. Mr. Enriquez earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from California State University, Chico in Kinesiology. He joined Gamma Zeta Alpha in the Spring of 2006. At the Alpha Chapter, he served as Academic Chair, Sports Chair, Greek Week Chair, Historian, and Alumni Chair.

He continued his education at San Diego State University where he earned his Masters of Arts in Post-secondary Educational Leadership.

Mr. Enriquez has a track record of helping youth from disadvantaged backgrounds reach their academic potential. He has worked for distinguished program such as Reality Changers, a non profit who helps inner-city youth become the first in their family to go to college. In 2011 he was an intern for the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics in Washington D.C.

He joined South Bay Community Services in 2012 as an Academic Advocate where he helped guide youth through the Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood educational pipeline into college. More recently, he serves as the Program Coordinator for South Bay Community Services’s After School Programs. In his current position he helps manage a team of 200 after school staff and organizes multiple year-round youth sports leagues.

Mr. Enriquez currently serves as the National Board of Director of Undergraduate Affairs for Gamma Zeta Alpha Inc.
