KAPPA CHAPTER - EST. JUNE 11, 2000

The Kappa Chapter of Gamma Zeta Alpha Fraternity, Inc. was founded on June 11th, 2000 at the University of California at Santa Barbara by nine men who felt a need to provide more options for Latino men to choose from. The Nine Founding Fathers realized the need for more visibility of the Latino culture and heritage, and agreed that the establishment of this fraternity would provide another avenue to create and promote awareness and appreciation of the Latino culture.
